  • Costs and Funding of our huge health care system.   The only place where we discuss dollars and cents.  In Ontario, per capita funding to health care is decreasing in spite of inflation, advancing medical technologies, and population ageing (elderly patient health care costs are several times more than that for young patients)  Also, you should be aware that Ontario is spending less annually on health care in terms of its percent of GDP (gross domestic product).
